• The shipping of the products can only happen during weekdays (Monday-Friday).

• The customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) for his/her order once the product(s) is/are shipped (its preferable to track your order very often).
  

• The Express Posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the customer should not be alarmed.

• The shipping takes usually 3-4 working days (not including your customs process that might take a few days depending on how soon you pay your custom fees)
