The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter
referred to as” you”) in our company store, website, mobile website, social media platform or
mobile application (jointly hereinafter referred to as ”DRENUSHA XHARRA”).
By using DRENUSHA XHARRA and/or placing an order online, you agree to be bound by the
Terms and Conditions set out herein (the” Terms”). Therefore, you are kindly requested to
read them carefully.

Ordering/conclusion of contract

*Once you have placed the order it is considered that you have entered into a contract and all
the “Terms&Conditions” contained herein shall be applicable to you.

*The ordering option is available in Store (Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 6 pm CET),
or through the ordering Website at www.drenushaxhara.com (non-stop), including telephone,
whatsapp, viber or other DRENUSHA XHARRA registered social media  (Monday to Saturday
from 10:00 am to 6 pm CET),   “the order”.

*Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address in the
order process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

*DRENUSHA XHARRA, will fulfil the order in accordance with your confirmation (email
confirmation) and upon confirmation full payment of the order.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest
opportunity. In such events, if we have already received payment fort the order, we will refund
the applicable amount, using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason,
alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to
contact DRENUSHA XHARRA Customer Service at: info@drenushaxharra.com, who will
settle the refund. In such events you will not have any extra charges and will be refunded as
soon as possible.

The prices displayed at DRENUSHA XHARRA, do not include a delivery/shipping charge(s).
Product prices are and shall be paid in € (Euro) currency. The prices do not include import
taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties (if any) will be charged by your carrier at
delivery and DRENUSHA XHARRA does not take any responsibility to compensate you in
regards to these charges.
If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees/taxes will be
applied upon delivery and in such event, no cancelation/return shall be accepted
by DRENUSHA XHARRA, with the exemption in cases listed under Section 5 “Return policy”.

The delivery/shipment charge for each order will differ depending on the weight of your order.
The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process or upon
final confirmation of the order, if the order is made through whatsapp, viber, or other social
media. For more information regarding the delivery cost of your order, please contact our

In case we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery,
there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in-store and online
may vary.
DRENUSHA XHARRA exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders
and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option. The
delivery time begins only after the full payment confirmation.
DRENUSHA XHARRA endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the
order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 5-12 business days following
confirmation of an order and payment. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated
time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
If your order, in the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your

Once you have placed your order and completed the payment, you will receive an email
confirmation containing the delivery details.
DRENUSHA XHARRA uses the following express worldwide shipping companies,
depending on your location: DHL and/or UPS.
The products can only start shipping during weekdays. If your order does not arrive by
the scheduled date, please contact DRENUSHA XHARRA at: info@drenushaxharra.com.


If you want to return the product purchased from our Company, you have 72 hours, from the
moment you have received the package. You must inform us that you are willing to return
the item(s) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

After we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation (if your request has been
approved or not) and we will inform you about the refunding process.
 The Customer has a right to return his/her order if:
*The order is not sewn properly.
*The product has not been made according to the measurements you have sent us online.
*The order is damaged or not created according to your requirements.
If the product did not meet your expectations for one reason or another, please carefully
follow our guide:
*Contact us within 24 hours after you receive the item.
*Provide us with photos/ live chat of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality,
this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc, no later than 24 hrs after receiving the item.
*The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new) -you can try the dress on, but be
sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return.
*We only accept products in their original condition and we cannot process any products that
are returned without the original invoice contained in the package and without our approval.
*You will have to arrange the return shipment pick up with one of the express worldwide
posts. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the
necessary documentation for Customs clearance.
If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, we shall refund the amount paid for the returned products.  Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased item(s)/products
shall not be refunded. You will be notified via email if the returned products cannot be accepted.
 Whatever payment type you used, the refund procedure shall be started by us, within thirty (30) days, from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise your return right and after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products have been accepted.  Only when we receive the returned item(s) and upon its inspection, we will provide a refund
attempting to use the same method used to make the payment, as soon as possible, provided
that the items have not been worn or damaged in any way.
Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change.  If the item you have received is defective, please notify DRENUSHA XHARRA promptly
within 24 hrs of receiving by notifying the customer service
